While we do our utmost to ensure or drivers are punctual, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, * such as adverse weather conditions, road conditions, death or accident causing roads to be closed, compliance with police orders, riots, strikes, failures including vandalism and terrorism, insolvency or bankruptcy.

QUOTATIONS - Valid for 28 days, based upon information provided by the hirer.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT - All in Pounds Sterling - Due in full prior to booking - Credit or Debit Card - Variations to a booking may incur additional charge - Toll and congestion charges will be applied accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancelled within 24 hours of hire 100% charge - within 48 hours of hire 50% charge - No charge with 48 hours plus notice.

CANCELLATION BY US - *If we can't provide you with the service purchased we will return the exact money paid to us, we will not accept claims for compensation if the journey has been cancelled for reasons classed beyond our control.

Clients will be responsible for any damage they cause to the interior/exterior of the vehicle and be billed for the costs of the same plus subsequent loss of earnings.

We may provide some subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

We refuse to carry any passengers under the influence of drink / drugs whose behaviour poses any threat.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the client's statutory rights.
